not Steve but I do have an iPhone and I do have a series of messages come up
when I am talking on the phone and I can select the one that best suits the
person who is calling me. I didn't make any alteration in settings to get this
it just seems to happen automatically.

Hi Steve

From what I make of Colin's message, he wants to know how to have the caller
who can't get through can receive an automated or specific text to say the
person is busy or something along those lines.  You can already do that on
an iPhone and, I am assuming, on the Kapsys phone too?

Apologies if I've picked this up wrong.

Kind regards,

I suppose my question though is do people who write texts need auto replies?
Normally, I reply to texts when convenient.

Steve,

I am looking for something which will reply to a text silently advising the
text has been received but no reply available, the person in question is
working in care homes and has to deal with clients, the people who are
texting her don't seem to understand the problems.  Do not disturb won't do
the auto-reply for which I am looking.

This is not for me, but my friend who works in care homes and other care
situations.
