Thank you for that Clive, I've never needed to do that but thought you could
and thereby save Colin adding an app that he doesn't need to.

Kind regards,

Jackie Brown

Hello Colin and Jackie,

Yes you can.  When a call comes in, press the hash key and you can choose
from the list of quick texts that appears.  These can be edited to suit your
preference and need.

Best wishes,

Clive pallett

Hi Steve

From what I make of Colin's message, he wants to know how to have the
caller
who can't get through can receive an automated or specific text to say the
person is busy or something along those lines.  You can already do that on
an iPhone and, I am assuming, on the Kapsys phone too?

Apologies if I've picked this up wrong.

Kind regards,

Jackie Brown

I suppose my question though is do people who write texts need auto
replies?
Normally, I reply to texts when convenient.

All the best

Steve

Steve,

I am looking for something which will reply to a text silently advising
the
text has been received but no reply available, the person in question is
working in care homes and has to deal with clients, the people who are
texting her don't seem to understand the problems.  Do not disturb won't
do
the auto-reply for which I am looking.

This is not for me, but my friend who works in care homes and other care
situations.
