Hi Colin

You don't need a different app.  There ought to be something in your phone's
settings that allows a text to be sent to the caller with a message of your
choosing to say they cannot take your call, or words to that effect.  On an
iPhone, you can go into its settings and phone to adjust this.  I can't
remember what you need to do on Kapsys Smartvision2.

Kind regards,

Jackie Brown

Steve,

I am looking for something which will reply to a text silently advising the
text has been received but no reply available, the person in question is
working in care homes and has to deal with clients, the people who are
texting her don't seem to understand the problems.  Do not disturb won't do
the auto-reply for which I am looking.

This is not for me, but my friend who works in care homes and other care
situations.
