Hi Marie

Podcasts should be free, so I’m surprised you’re paying for them unless you
mean something else. Let me know if you have any joy with the information I
have provided you with, if that doesn’t help, we may need more information so
we can help you better. Take care.

Thanks Ibrahim, it was so long ago that I subscribed to one of the podcasts
that I have forgotten how I subscribed now but at least you have given me a
starting point.
Thanks very much.  Will now go and search.

Hi Mary.

Are we talking about in-app subscriptions (services you subscribed to
through apps you downloaded through the Apple app store)?  If so, you can
find these in your subscriptions page in your account.  You can follow the
steps in this Apple knowledge base article:
https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.apple.com%2Fen-gb%2FHT202039&data=02%7C01%7C%7Cf6db69b055654456e0a708d5c650f9ac%7C84df9e7fe9f640afb435aaaaaaaaaaaa%7C1%7C0%7C636632973436310993&sdata=JrZBq0smMSsppdZcHxdK90dVnrj0lT3UnJkPi0maBXc%3D&reserved=0
If you are talking about subscriptions you made through your phone to
providers using text messages or mobile billing agreements, you will have to
contact those companies directly; they will usually send information
periodicly to you to advise you that you are being billed, for how much and
a means to opt out of the service.  If you are still unsure, contact your
mobile provider and they should be able to provide further information about
any subscription charges that you are paying.

All the best and hope this helps.

Subject: [access-uk] Help with finding subscriptions on iPhone

Hi,

Where do I find which services I am subscribed to on my phone?  I would like
to unsubscribe from a couple of things but am unable to find where to go
using my phone.  I do not have iTunes on my computer.

Regards
Mary
