[access-uk] Help with ebay

Hi,

Something I bought new on ebay a while ago has gone wrong and I want to see
if I can get a replacement.  I find the "Track your Ebay activities" section
of the website very frustrating and difficult to use, and am going round in
circles.

I can't remember when I bought this item - maybe about 3 or 4 months ago.  I
remember the seller's name but I can't work out how to get the site to
display this purchase - I chose "customise" from the time period combobox
but couldn't see what to do.

I want to find the info about the purchase and contact the seller to ask
about a replacement.

I could probably work it out eventually but am very stressed about other
things at the moment and if anyone could give me step by step instructions
as to how to do this it'd be great.
