Hi Adrien I can answer the first part of your question, I think. You can put a formula in Column C =sum($b$138:b139) Put this in C139 then copy it to all the columns up to C711. The $ sign means it will always start adding from B138. As for totalling for each month, do you have a column to show that the month has changed?
