[access-uk] Help with a Microsoft Error Message

Hi List.
I'm having a constant problem with the following MS error.
Error Report Contents
The following files will be included in this error report:
C:\DOCUME~1\Darran\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER5204.dir00\Mini051310-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Darran\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER5204.dir00\sysdata.xml
Close
The computer is crashing on a regular basis, normally in and around the time
of a download, and the above isn't really helping me find out what's what.
Can anyone out there throw any light on my problem?
