Hi Clive, have you received any answers to your question please? It would be
really great if it is possible to download AD TV programs. It is a lot easier
to watch programs with WMP than online.

Please keep this topic on list. Many thanks.

Hello all,

I notice when searching for lists of matching titles of TV programmes that some
are showing as default audio-described. However, when I fetch the programme, I
get an undescribed programme. Is there a parameter to allow tha AD version to
be downloaded, or are the comments about AD in the match list a red herring as
far as Get_Iplayer is concerned?

Thanks,

Clive

Yes it’s accessible or very useable at the least. I and few others on this list
use it. Quick points:

A very good starting point for instructions is the get_iplayer guides at

http://squarepenguin.co.uk/guides/

Use your screen reader’s virtual cursor to read the get_iplayer window.

There was a very good discussion on list about get_iplayer a couple of months
ago. You can search the list’s archive for it. I’m sure you’ll find it very
helpful.

Hi all,

Is anyone using this programme as their replacement for Radio Downloader, which
Auntie Beebie stomped on? If so, how accessible is it?

Thanks,

Clive
