hi david i agree with you. i went to the bba conference a few years ago and it 
hit me really hard that some blind people want to be blind ontrapaneres but 
when they have to pay for anything then they become blind beggars 1smile, 
i always pay for what i feel is most accessible for me and if we got everything 
for nothing where would our values be.
i am so very lucky i can earn money tuning pianos but again i did a three year 
course as a young person and the getting about is very difficult now. i use nod 
32 cheers
