[access-uk] Firewall?

Hello all,
can anyone recommend me a firewall, which is user friendly, rather than Sygate
or zone alarm please?
I have been using Sygate under windows xp for quite a long time and it started
playing up recently. It takes five or six minutes to start on start-up and I
cannot use the internet or the email clients before it starts. It also
interferes with Microsoft word where for no reason it comes up and warns me
that such and such application is trying to access the internet. I really do
not know what it is all about. Anyway, I think it is time that I tried
something else.
