[access-uk] Echo app

Hi,
I have now had my  Amazon Echo for just over a week now, but the Elara app has 
frozen four times since I installed it. Has others had this problem and if so 
how did you get around it freezing, so far all I have been able to is delete 
the app and reinstall it again, which is a bit of a chore!!!
