Hi
I don't think you're alone. I've seen a couple of comments on social media
from IYP customers who are also experiencing issues. IYP doesn't rely on
accessing RNIB's servers and our Online Reading Service is working fine. I've
just successfully downloaded Peppa Pig!
We will get in touch with IYP too and let them know some customers are
experiencing difficulties.
Regards
Alison

Hi All,
Is anyone using the IYP phone encountering any technical issues today? My wife
and I can not get our IYP's to do anything. Phone calls in or out, library
services, radio etc. Nothing works and we keep getting the error that it can
not connect to RNIB servers. I presume that there is some national RNIB issue?
We are both using the new Samsung X-Cover phones.
