Had the same problem with mine. Finally solved it with the help of a very thin
craft knife. Turn off the machine and carefully fish around with the knife to
snag whatever you can. With patience it worked for me. Good luck.

Appealing to the lateral thinkers among you! a label has not detached
properly from my machine and a little piece of label is jammed in there.
Inserting another label doesn't make it spew it out, can just about feel it,
broke 2 finger nails trying to grab it and tweezers only pushed it further in.
Any other way I can try? I rely heavily on this brilliant piece of kit and will
hate having to do without it for months if I have to send it away to be
repaired.
No useful eyes around at the moment...Urgent letter to send therefore to be
addressed...Please help!
  Marie
