You probably have it set to "Leave messages on Server".

Unfortunately I'm not at an Outlook 2003 system right now,
but as I recall it's done by accessing the settings for your
AOL account within Outlook.

Subject: [access-uk] Duplicate aol messages

Hi

Can you guys please tell me why outlook insists on
downloading messages from my aol accounts over and over
again. It handles google, yahoo and all the others ok. I can
have as many as 5 copies of the same message in my inbox.

Regards

Adrien
