The library card and pin number you should have received from the overdrive
team at RNIB should be entered exactly as presented to you in the email. To
test that these are working correctly, you can login to
www.rniboverdrive.com. Dolphin Easy Reader requires a separate registration
process; this is not related to the RNIB Overdrive service but rather
Dolphin who create an account for the product to store your library service
details, should you need to reinstall the app for any reason. If you are
still experiencing problems, please give the RNIB Technology for Life team a
call on 03031239999 and they will be able to guide you through these steps.

I had a similar problem to this. I found that closing the app from the
app switcher and reopening it fixed the problem.

Thank you, Paul. When I downloaded the app I followed all the
instructions, including creating an e-mail account with Dolphin.
However, when I go through the list of available libraries, double
click on RNIB Overdrive and enter my membership details and pin number,
it keeps saying it can't connect with the library.
I've tried changing the letters from lower case to uppercase; I even
tried changing the o to a nought, just in case, but still it says it
cannot connect.
Who do you think I need to contact? RNIB or Dolphin?
I'll leave it a day or so in case it is them having a connection
problem, but really can't see what it is that I might be doing wrong.

I am trying to sign up to the Dolphin easy reader app as I don’t
