MMM Tried this too, Ian.
I'll try again later.
Do you remember whether the letters in your log-in were case-sensative?

I had a similar problem to this. I found that closing the app from the app
switcher and reopening it fixed the problem.

Thank you, Paul. When I downloaded the app I followed all the instructions,
including creating an e-mail account with Dolphin.
However, when I go through the list of available libraries, double click on
RNIB Overdrive and enter my membership details and pin number, it keeps
saying it can't connect with the library.
I've tried changing the letters from lower case to uppercase; I even tried
changing the o to a nought, just in case, but still it says it cannot connect.
Who do you think I need to contact? RNIB or Dolphin?
I'll leave it a day or so in case it is them having a connection problem, but
really can't see what it is that I might be doing wrong.

You need to create a Dolphin account then log into Overdrive with your
Overdrive details.
