same here, once I asked, I got everything in accessible format, in my case
audio, and when it came to providing proof that I am registered blind, they
even accepted an mp3 of the audio format letter confirming that I had got my
high rate DLA mobility.

Here in Brighton when the switchover was to happen the advertising was that
if you needed it in an alternative format there was a telephone number to call
to ask for it. We all here had no problem with the agency at all.

  Hi All
I am wondering if the digital switch over scheme has not provided me with its
information pack in an alternative format, whether they are in breach of the
DDA.
