Sounds fair enough to me. I don't think it would be considered reasonable to
expect them to somehow know you were visually impaired and also know what
format you preferred.

Here in Brighton when the switchover was to happen the advertising was that
if you needed it in an alternative format there was a telephone number to
call to ask for it. We all here had no problem with the agency at all.

its information pack in an alternative format, whether they are in breach of
