Hi Kevin.

I had a nice pair of fold-up headphones in the past and yes, they were very good. However, as the sun blinds me totally, I need to where a skip cap, so any phones have to be back wrap around. I'm in the market for a good pair so would welcome a recommendation. I'm 54 on the 12th and my wife is wanting to get me a pair. I'd like a pair of Bose wave, but don't know if these come in wrap around.

Best wishes.

Andy.

Hi Andy.

The ear buds that come with the Muvo aren't too bad as ear buds go. I must admit that I have yet to find a set of ear bud type phones that I'm really happy with. The PX100s are fold away headphones that cost around £30 and I haven't heard anything better for listening to portable devices.

Regards.

Kevin

Hi Kevin.

Sounds quite a good buy but still not sure yet as I do like the wrist strap and stereo speakers. Tell me, the Senheiser PX100s are you making a recommendation for headphones Kevin? Or is the ear buds which come with the device?

Best wishes.

Andy.

Hi Andy.

It's difficult to do much of a comparison between the Muvo and the Stone as, in operation, they're completely identical. I don't think the controls on the Muvo are much smaller than the Stone and I don't have any issues with them.

The shape of the Muvo is different, more the size of a pack of chewing gum. If you're using in-ear 'phones and tend to wrap the cable round the player, the Muvo shape is actually more ergonomic than the squarish shape of the Stone and it seems to fit in the pocket more comfortably.

It sounds every bit as good as the Stone, especially with the Senheiser PX100s.

Regards.

Kevin

Hi all.

Until last Saturday, I owned the Zen stone 2 Gb MP3 player with speakers. I also had a wrist band and it was nice and easy to use. Unfortunately, on my way home from the pub...need I say any more.

To cut a short story long, I need to replace this item as I just cannot live without my music.

A few weeks ago there was considerable discussion on the Creative MuVo T100 , which has a 4 gb memory but does not have on-board speakers or a writs band, and apparently the buttons are very very small.

Although I'd love 4 gb, the wrist band and the on-board speakers are quite important to me as sometimes, while sitting on a park bench or railway platform, I can listen to music, at reasonable quality without requiring to plug in headphones, and being attached to my wrist, I did not need to go into various pockets etc.

So my gut feeling is to simply replace the Zen stone 2 gb with speakers, but firstly I wanted to ask members what they felt.

Any information regarding the Creative MuVo or comparison, oar indeed an alternative, though I doubt there is one, would be very welcomed.

Very best wishes.

Andy.
