I personally prefer hardcopy bills, but know many like the Online bills. And Martin has been a longstanding BT customer too, and we've not experienced many, if any, difficulties. Mind you, I don't want to talk myself into something going wrong, but they've been good thus far. You can use the 0845 and 0870 numbers at any time as BT claim they are now free if you are part of the options two or options three plans. Options two lets you have weekend and evening calls, while Options three gives you any time calls for up to an hour, 24 hours a day. This is the plan we are on, and if you pay your line rental in advance for one year, you get a significant discount on it. I hope this info is of help. First, what does free WiFi really mean when out and about? Does it mean you have to go looking for somewhere that supports the hotspots BT is signed up to, or does it really mean that you have a dongle (or something) and can wirelessly use BT anywhere yourself? Please could someone explain exactly what this is. In addition, do the free calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers mean any time, or is this really only in evenings and weekends when such calls appear to be free? The blurb was a bit hard to understand at that point. Finally, if any have experience of Cable and BT, am I jumping from frying pan (which at present isn't very hot on my list) to fire (which could be even worse)? Is their claim of "up to 20 mb download speed still very patchy? Thanks for any help on this. -- Carol P ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq No virus found in this incoming message.
