As a BT subscriber, I'll give the downloading of bills a
try.  However,  I'm subscribed to the BT Internet Support
News Group, and although what you've referred  to is
slightly off topic for that News Group, I may post a message
to that news group and see if any subscribers there,
although nearly all being sighted, are having the same
problems in terms of only having the one format they can
download.  I may also with the permission of those on the
Internet Support News Group, copy the postal or e-mail
address for the BT CEO, which I've seen given on the
Internet Support News Group, and send it to this list as a
message on this thread, so that all list members who are BT
Subscribers can write to the CEO with complaints.
