Indeed, Derek,

And for those of us who need to know how much VAT to claim back,
they've not even shown that as a separate figure - which made the
crossover from 15% to 17.5% a real pain to work out.

George.

Subject: [access-uk] Changes to BT E-billing System

Hi Folks

BT have recently made major changes to the way you can download your
bills to the PC, you can no longer download the bill in either CSV or
ZIP format & the only download format is PDF which also includes a lot
of unuseful information!. Therefore I am asking all BT subscribers to
try downloading there most recent bill so they can see for themselves.

Many Thanks

Derek
