John, try the suite of programs from http://www.dvdvideosoft.comThe suite includes more converters than you can shake a stick at, and all the ones I've tried have been accessible with NVDA.

As the subject line says, I'm looking for an accessible DVD/video converter to convert all kinds of video and DVD files to other formats, such as .avi and mp4. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
