You could try Prism Video Converter from nch.com. This is not a free tool
though I'm afraid.

Subject: [access-uk] Can anyone recommend an accessible DVD converter

As the subject line says, I'm looking for an accessible DVD/video converter
to convert all kinds of video and DVD files to other formats, such as .avi
and mp4.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
John.
