I'm a bit short on context here. Were you expecting Google to support a gmail
app that they didn't develop? I didn't see much wrong with their response
either. Maybe I just don't get it.
btw I find the stock gmail app on Android perfectly suited to my needs. But
then again I have no idea what this other app you refer to is so can't offer a
useful comparison.
