You need to use the volume function within Talks so that you can raise the volume of the voice.


However, if it is the volume of the call itself, I think it is the way that the sound chip works on the phone in so much as, the volume of the call is mixed so that both the talks and the call volume are roughly the same.

I have maxed the volume on the side but it wont go very high, but will go lower.
