See my previous message on this topic, but to summarise, if an item is stocked
by Amazon in its distribution centres, even if it belongs to a third-party
seller under their fulfilled by Amazon scheme, Brian eligibility will still
apply so you can enjoy free one day delivery on any item that qualifies. If the
item is shipped by a third party carrier, they can choose to impose a charge as
it is the merchant themselves who will dispatch the item to you not Amazon.
Amazon prime only applies to item is shipped from Amazon warehouses.
