Hi Saqib, some products come from Amazon, others from companies trading in the Amazon market place. Needless to say, if a product is supplied by Amazon themselves they'll know when they dispatch it. In the case of products supplied by other suppliers they will notify Amazon when the item has been dispatched. As for where the items are sent from those items supplied by Amazon come from Amazon, and in the other cases from the companies concerned. If I purchase an item from a seller from the Amazon website! Is the product shipped from Amazon or does the seller send me the item from their home address. I'm slightly confused about the whole situation as I bought something from a seller and I got notifications on my phone to inform me of the shipping date. How would Amazon know if the seller has sent the item to the buyer? If I was to sell something! What would be the process? I did see a got one to sell link but I didn't activate it as I wasn't sure about the whole buying and selling process.
