And what about your signature, Colin, which adds absolutely no value to your messages. From David Boden who is sitting at his desk at work on a stifling hot and sunny day in Nottingham. I also wonder why, especially from users of the guide software, when they reply to a post we see at the head of their subject line, instead of the usual "Re:" "In reply to" which again, spawns additional "In reply to" being added. Makes the subject line eventually totally unuseable. Something else I would dearly like to see removed, I know this is possible as there are settings to change, is "Sent from my . . ." which is fine first time, but when we read it at the end of every post, it does get somewhat gawling, especially when seen several times in a message reply string. Colin Howard, by the Lord's providence has lived at his present address near Fareham in Southern England, since February 1992. ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ________________________________ The following message has been applied automatically, to promote news and information from Nottinghamshire County Council about events and services: FREE medieval family fun at the 30th Anniversary Robin Hood Festival, 4-10 August at Sherwood Forest Country Park. www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/robinhood<http://www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/robinhood> ________________________________ ________________________________ Emails and any attachments from Nottinghamshire County Council are confidential.
