Hello,
I've just been looking at our customer service strategy as part of an impact
assessment review, and it would appear that we do this in Kent.
Note that if one council does it, others would find it harder to duck out with
excuses if challenged. The concept of reasonableness can work along the lines
of: "They are doing it, so why can't you?"

Hi Chris,
Yeah, kind of useless rubbish that the Government Braille for you. My passport
for example, I asked to have it Brailled and it merely says Passport. How
imaginative. I now have my passport number writen on it in Braille which I did
myself.
