Sadly Steve when I first set up my Be My Eyes account I used my Plusnet email
address rather than my Comproom one and so you wouldn’t see the messages
anyway. I have checked my Plusnet spam though and I can’t see anything in
there.
I think what I am going to do is set up a new account using my Comproom email
address and get round it that way.

In this case, they are not. I host Andrew’s Email address on my own server,
and I can see the logs. They are not even reaching the server.

It is possible that the emails from the my eyes are being filtered into your
spam folder. You can usually access this from your email client or your email
web-based interface so please check your spam folder.
