In this case, they are not. I host Andrew’s Email address on my own server,
and I can see the logs. They are not even reaching the server.

It is possible that the emails from the my eyes are being filtered into your
spam folder. You can usually access this from your email client or your email
web-based interface so please check your spam folder.
