OK, most likely problems are:

1 You have the old WebbIE program. Go to Add/Remove Programs and
uninstall every WebbIE and Accessible entry. Download the latest one
from here:
http://download.webbie.org.uk/tests/WebbIE3-Installer.exe

2 You do not have RealPlayer or Real Alternative installed. You must
have one of these installed to get anything to play.

3 Your system is blocking the WebbIE program with its firewall. You'll
have to configure the firewall to let WebbIE or Accessible iPlayer go
through.
