today I have upgraded my IM+ to the latest version 8.0. It seems like it is
not very accessible with talks any more. Talks can't see the contact list at
all any more. You can still read incoming messages, but obviously you can
only contact people if they message you first. Has anyone else seen this?
Maybe someone has found a solution of how to fix this?


I have contacted shape services and informed them of this problem. I would
suggest if anyone else wants to and has the time to please do the same. The
more of us do it, hopefully the more they'll realise that this is important.
Although having had to deal with their support previously quite frequently
for other issues, I must say that they have been extremely helpful, in fact
many companies could learn from shape services, so I hope that they'll be
helpful when it comes to this as well.
