Yes I'm finding the same with Window Eyes today. I've found that control shift
tab, and control tab will move me around in the same way as shift tab and tab
did before today. Control Y also brings up a list of folders in Outlook. I
think it must be an update to either Outlook or Windows. We're not the only
ones with this issue.

recent version)
Hi
Since upgrading to the latest Win10 and latest Jaws yesterdayI don't go
straight into the folder pane with all my accounts straight away. Tabbing and
shift tabbing don't work but take me round in an endless cycle of 'All'
'Unread' & 'Search' buttons in the current inbox. Also I used to be able to tab
from the email in the list into what I assume was the preview pane - as soon as
I tabbed, the email was read to me.
Now it isn't. I phoned Microsoft accessibility and Sight and Sound, but both
could not resolve it. I thought I'd then rely on my laptop which has identical
outlook accounts etc. After using it for a minute or two it became like the
other PC. It looks like if I make a new profile things work OK, but I'd rather
repair the main profile as it has many accounts in it.
I'm wondering if the latest Windows update or indeed the latest version of Jaws
might have affected how outlook works or is read. Is anyone finding anything
similar.
