Hi Tris,
As far as I know it does have an agreement with the CNIB in Canada, however
they Canadians do not have the book I require in the format I require. I
don't know about the Americans. I'll have to ask the NLB, however the book
is one by an English |Author as you will have seen by what I wrote.
