Hi Jackie,

I use mine with a Trekker Breeze. I will be ordering a bluetooth version as
I had to replace the speaker on my breeze, it kept on cutting out. Do you
use the bluetooth version?

Regards.

Matty.

Hi Matty

I have to say I don't incur any problems with mine either, I love them to
bits. I use them on my Stream for listening to books, and I can wear them
for hours at a time too.
Kind regards,

Eleanor, wearing your Aftershokz.

Below the on/off button about a quarter of an inch from the bottom of the
belt clip you will find a recess, this is the light you mentioned. If you
move your finger on to the right hand side of the belt clip you will find a
recessed oblong, work a fingernail in here and you will lift up the rubber
cover. In there is where you plug in the USB lead. When you have the
headphones connected to your computer the recessed light will appear red.
this will change to blue when they are fully charged, the light only flashes

to indicate that the headphones are switched on.

As to the problem you are having with the volume I can't help there, my
volume controls work fine.

Hope some of this proves useful.

Regards.

Matty.

Hi All, I am stupid about these headphones. I tried turning up volume on
them but this did not work and I had to turn up the volume on my iPhone so
that when I unplugged the volume on the iPhone was very loud.I also tried
them out on my Mac and they were very quiet, could only just hear. Now
maybe my problem was that I had not paired them. Did not realise the wired
ones are bluetooth but I presume they are as I see a flashing blue light.
Finally I could not find where to plug in the charger on them. Any advise
welcome.

Eleanor
