Hi, don't bother. I've not experienced them myself, but as they're not as popular as, say, Compaq, I wouldn't trust them. Go for a Compaq one instead. I have one, and it runs Vista Home Premium, has a dual core processor, 2 GB RAM, 160 GB hard drive, thus making it a very snappy laptop. Hope that helps, happy shopping. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Caroline Ford" <caroline@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Subject: [access-uk] Advent Laptops - Any Experiences?

Hello,

I have been looking at the specs of an Advent laptop which seems to meet all my requirements - 12.1 inch screen 2 GB of RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo processor,
decent-sized hard drive.

Has anybody had any experience of Advent laptops, good or bad? I must admit
I wouldn't usually think of going to PC World, but this does sound a
reasonable machine for the price.

Thanks,

Caroline.
