The Terms and Condition of Sale should be on your receipt. I kkwould think you
have 28 days to return and ask for a complete refund. On the other hand, it
may be that if someone can advise you correctly on what you perceive as a
problem, then you may get it working fine and it may no longer be an issue. I
had a mad panic and wanted to take my netbook NC10 back yesterday because I
thought it was not working. It was the hybernation issue and now it is
absolutely fine. here a question of my lack of knowledge rather than a fault
with the netbook.

  Subject: [access-uk] Advent Exchange?

  Hello all,
I have a feeling my Advent 4213 has bit of a problem with its wireless card
and the keyboard. It is impossible to connect to the wireless network at home,
and, the keyboard gives wrong information, i.e. when caps lock is pressed, it
says f12 etc.

I bought it from Carries last Sunday and paid it with my credit card. What
would be my situation if I take it back and ask them to exchange it with
another model, or, even want to go for Samsung nc10?

Can anyone advise me on this please?

  Thank you.

  Ali
