Hi Alex, I suggest you Register, complete with correct license number. At least you will then be back on a level playing field if you need to call Grisoft for support again. Now I have purchased AVG professional version. The reason I purchased the full version was that I was having problems updating the free version. When I spoke to Grisoft they said that purchasing the full version would give me better access to the servers, thus stopping my current problem. Now I want to update the version I now have and although the new Professional version I have is not yet registered, (I am still using the sales number instead of the correct licence number(), there is an error when I try to update, something to do with the update manager. Can anyone give me any ideas as to what to do now, or if this continues after I have registered the product. Thank you in advance.
