Might be a good idea also to make sure that all AVG folders within Program
files. I.E. Grisoft is deleted.

Hi Alex,

I think in this case, you will have to re-install AVG.

Unfortunately, for you, this will mean that you have to
download it all as if you were a new user.

There may well be settings within AVG itself which you can
tweak, but by the time you've figured all that lot out, you
may as well download and re-install.

George.

Hi all,

Because I have got rid of my Supanet account, I can no
longer update AVG.

I can not connect to the AVG server with my new Freeuk
account.

Can anyone advise me what to do to solve this please.

Thank you in advance.
