As far as I am aware, it’s up to the retailer.
We don’t stock all spare parts, but we can usually get them in a week or so, if
we don’t have them.

We sell the VarioUltra 20, from VisioBraille. It is more expensive, but a lot
quieter and as well as having a note taker, can view PDF documents.

I completely appreciate that it is much more expensive than the Orbit, however,
we service and repair them locally, here in Stevenage, so you don’t have to
special order any parts.

Hi all
If I can’t get a replacement battery for my Orbit Reader 20 can anyone
recommend what I could replace it with, I don’t think there is anything similar
to the Orbit Reader 20 I have to admit I don’t know a lot about note takers
which is why I bought the Orbit Reader 20 because it was simple to use and met
my needs, so I would very much appreciate your help with this one.
