Greetings, All, A couple of updates:
First off, I spoke with Carol Taylor's mom a few minutes ago. Her cell phone
connections was pretty broken up, but she did say that Carol is
"semi-conscious" and moves her hand in answer to questions. She's still on
the ventilator. Her mom is traveling back and forth between Rochester and
home. I asked if there was anything she needed and she said no, other than
our continued prayers.
Secondly, I just got back from the State Rehab. Council meeting, and
elections were held for chair and vice chair for next year. The new chair is
Mary Lou Mendez and the new vice chair is yours truly. We're looking forward
to working together.
I'm off to New Orleans for the big O. and M. conference, should be
interesting, eh? Hope you're all enjoying the pre-holiday festivities!
