I have the gunfighter III. Superb piece of kit, can't recommend it highly
enough.
Two extension options also if you don't want to use on the desktop. The
stronghold mount from VKB also is very good, and worth considering if you go
down this route.

might be a good option?
The base looks like it is a cheaper option than the T-50CM2 base
