Fully agree.
Next step, sometime in the future, will be to get a mongoose base with
extension for the stick, and then fix all the controls firm in the ergonomic
right positions. Also the chair will be exchanged and fixed together with the
controls.

While it does look impressive, I think you need a better “cockpit”, the
throttle needs to be a bit lower, as does the stick, and secured so they don’t
move :)
