[24hoursupport] File Deleting

Is there any way to delete a File from Windows XP using NTFS
A friend of mine got a worm Virus.
And it left 2 Files in the "sys32"
You can't delete from within Windows.
If you Boot From a Floppy ie; to Dos you can't see the Drive
The only way I can think of pull the Drive out and hook it up to a network
Does anyone know of a utility program to be able to do it.
