Here's how you can prove it Ray. Open Active Directory users and computers. Tell your nemesis to show you where the WORKSTATION\Administrators group is! Or, you could tell him to open the same applet, but open the properties for the account that you added to the WORKSTATION\Administrators group and look at it's group membership page (or member of). It will be obvious at this point that the information in question is not stored in AD. -Rob -----Original Message----- From: windows2000-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:windows2000-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Sullivan, Glenn Sent: Friday, May 09, 2003 2:39 PM To: 'windows2000@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [windows2000] Re: Split my bet I suppose I should have checked it before I Tiny'ed it... http://tinyurl.com/be20 Glenn Sullivan, MCSE+I MCDBA David Clark Company Inc. -----Original Message----- From: Jeff Stockard [mailto:JStockard@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, May 09, 2003 2:34 PM To: windows2000@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [windows2000] Re: Split my bet It is one of those stupid "add a bunch of 3d and =3D sign" problems. I will break the address into a bunch of segments. You will have to put them together. http://www.microsoft.com /technet/treeview/default.asp? url=3D/technet/prodtechnol /windowsserver2003/proddocs /entserver/password_howto_reset.asp Here is a copy with all the hash marks gone to let you know how to put it back in case we get a bunch of extra characters. There is only one equal sign in the url. It is the one just before the word technet. http:www.microsoft.com technettreeviewdefault.asp? url=3Dtechnetprodtechnol windowsserver2003proddocs entserverpassword_howto_reset.asp -----Original Message----- From: Costanzo, Ray [mailto:rcostanzo@xxxxxxxxxxx]=20 Sent: Friday, May 09, 2003 2:17 PM To: windows2000@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [windows2000] Re: Split my bet That page doesn't exist either. I tried deciphering the first URL you sent by stripping out all the equals-sign nonsense that freelists put in, but I couldn't get it right. This link redirects to the same URL with the equals-signs, and I was also unsuccessful in stripping them... Damn the equals-signs!
