All service packs have an update.msi-file in the update folder
(unpack and unzip the network install file you dl from the MS
site). Put this whole service pack-folder on a share all your
computers can access. I ususally se the permissions on these shared
folders to be Everyone/Read and System/FC. Then in your AD, create
a new GPO (eg Deploy WinXP SP2 English [if it's english of
course]), and add this new GPO as link on the OU all your
XP-machines are.
