Have you looked at Telix? Believe it or not, it's still available for d/l,
from Simtel.net. It's shareware, powerful, and we used to use it to do such
tasks all the time. In fact, there's a command line dialer. See if that
will help. I dunno if this link will work, but we'll try:

I know it's kind of an old school solution but can't you do this directly
using the AT commands in a batch script?
