Hi,

There's always HP Web JetAdmin, which is a collection of Java applets
(which need Sun Java, not Microsoft Java). You can install it on
a server, then navigate to http://servername:8000 (or whatever) and
it will let you manage all your printers with a fairly uniform interface,
allowing you to set IP addresses.

The advantage of this is that it also lets you set things that you
can't set anywhere else (control panel lock, and displaying your
company name on the control panel :), and it also works regardless
of how the IP addresses are set up now.
